We come to you directly within a 50 km radius of Kaiserslautern: hardware replacement, fresh installation, network setup and everything that requires physical presence.
Data recovery
€ 150 / hour
Professional recovery of lost data from hard drives (HDD/SSD), smartphones (Android/iOS) and databases (SQL/MySQL). Preliminary analysis: €100 one-off.
Maintenance contract
from € 500 / month (limited availability)
Regular system maintenance, security updates, backup monitoring and priority support for businesses looking for a reliable IT partner. On request.
AI consulting & prompt engineering

Who is behind Computer Heiler?
Computer Heiler is the owner-managed sole proprietorship of Georg Heiler, based in Kaiserslautern. There is no hotline and no call centre: whoever calls or writes speaks to the person who then carries out the work. Custom software development has been part of everyday business since the early 1990s, and classic IT service since the company was founded in 1993.
How long has Computer Heiler been around?
Since 1993, so for more than 30 years. In that time, operating systems, programming languages, storage media and most recently the entire way we deal with artificial intelligence have changed fundamentally several times over. What has stayed the same is the way we work: explain clearly what is being done, and bill only for what was actually delivered.
Which locations does the on-site service cover?
A 50-kilometre radius around Kaiserslautern. This includes Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Pirmasens, Zweibrücken, Landau in der Pfalz, Rockenhausen, Kusel, Homburg in Saarland, Landstuhl, Ramstein-Miesenbach and Lauterecken, among others. A staggered travel flat rate applies to every appointment. Anyone living further away can use remote support, which works throughout Germany.
Does Computer Heiler also work for businesses?
Yes. Alongside private individuals and freelancers, small and medium-sized businesses are part of our client base. For them we offer maintenance contracts with ongoing system support and priority support, custom-developed business applications, the offline CMS for blogs and news sections, and running your own AI language models in-house when data must not leave the company.
